In order for my existing business in accounting services to grow, in order for me to leverage the skills of my employees, I would have to work smarter, not harder. I wanted to create a new program that served those clients with a very specific challenge that used my accounting expertise. I had an outline and some research, but I was bogged down in too many choices on the marketing and business promotion. I shared about how the specific client would be served with this program. I was second-guessing how to market this program...even what to name it! Until I was clear on where to reach who I was serving, I couldn't move forward.
In my 2/hr Goal Setting session with Susan, we outlined succinctly how my expertise would be a welcomed relief to clients struggling with IRS and state tax issues and bad credit. I know these clients live in a constant state of fear trying to manage these predicaments in an effort to get their lives back in order. These scenarios are my specialty! Susan gave me the direction I needed to tap into my existing attorney and CPA client referral sources instead of my original plan to take on a whole social media campaign. Susan even came up with the program name: Strategic Solutions for Tax Troubles! Now I have my focused, step-by-step Action Plan to move my business forward. Susan gave me exactly what I was looking for. I am extremely pleased...and excited to implement my next level of growth in my business.
